Problem
Revenue Tower have some problems,
The marketing still manual, and too dependent on their partner company.
Existing tenants need to request Overtime, Loading-Unloading, etc by WhatsApp.
Sometimes Building Management team overwhelms with the Tenant Requests.
The process is too manual and need some times to approve the request.
A bunch of paper. Yes the documentation still on paper and have possibility to lost.
Design Process
Based on problem above, I & Team run this design process. From this design process We got actionable items, made Landing Page for marketing purposes & made Tower Management Dashboard for Tenant x Bulding Management purposes.

Information Architecture
This is the Information Architecture & the correlation between the Landing Pages & the Dashboard 👇.

Final Design
Landing Page
This landing page has main objective to attract potential tenants. Because of that objective, I made the landing page looks classy & professional. From this landing page, the potential tenant can get information about what’s Revenue Tower, where is it, building facilities, lease, etc. You can check the live version here, revenue-tower.com.

Dashboard
Before jump into UI, I made wireframes. I used this wireframes to validate the client needs & expectation of our concepts.

After done with wireframes & finalized that, I made UI for the dashboard. This dashboard is responsive for Desktop+Tablet and Mobile(Web View).

Micro Interaction
To made the dashboard more delightful & give a guidance to the developer, I made this micro-interaction✨.

UI Styleguide
Because this project will be a long-term project, I made a UI styleguide, so the future designer or developer not developing something with different visual style.
